What Is Past Life Regression? Understanding Patterns, Beliefs, and Healing Through RTT®
Past Life Regression is a guided hypnotic experience that allows you to explore memories, emotions, and experiences that may provide insight into your life today.
Many people seek a Past Life Regression because they have a strong sense of knowing, a recurring pattern, an unexplained fear, a habit, or a belief that feels deeply connected to who they are. Others are curious about recurring dreams, relationship patterns, emotional triggers, or life themes they cannot fully explain.
For example, I once worked with a client who felt compelled to remove their shoes at the front door wherever they went. It was something they had done for as long as they could remember, yet they couldn't explain why it felt so important. During the regression, the session began with the client looking down at their bare, dirty feet. As the experience unfolded, they gained insight into a story that helped explain why removing their shoes had always felt so natural and significant.
What made the experience especially meaningful was that the session provided information and understanding that the client felt called to share with family members. The insightful open conversations provided a deeper understanding of family connections and allowed the client to communicate information they felt was important to express. What had once seemed like an unexplained habit became an opportunity for healing, understanding, and deeper connection.
Experiences like these are why many people seek Past Life Regression. The journey is often more than discovering where a pattern originated. It can also provide insight, closure, understanding, and the opportunity to move forward with greater awareness and peace.
What makes my approach unique is the integration of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) techniques. While traditional Past Life Regression often focuses on exploration and discovery, RTT® provides tools to help uncover the meaning behind an experience, identify beliefs that may have formed from it, and facilitate healing and transformation.
The goal is not simply to understand the experience. It is to release what no longer serves you, gain clarity, and create positive changes in your life today. For some, this may mean finding closure around unfinished business. For others, it may mean understanding a recurring pattern, releasing an emotional burden, or gaining a deeper connection to themselves and their life journey.
Every experience is unique. The subconscious mind reveals what is most important for your growth, understanding, and healing, allowing you to move forward with greater awareness, freedom, and purpose.
